| The 1849 facility houses just under 100 individually owned condominiums at Canyon Lodge. Our location and amenities,provides convenience that will keep you coming back year after year. Our management-maintenance staff is on call 24 hours for emergencies. Our front desk operates from 8am to 9pm in the winter months, 9am to 7pm during the summer season. We are located 1-mile from the center of town. We sit at an elevation of 8,700 feet, you cant beat our amazing views! Phase I of our facility is located closest to the lifts. This is our main building that houses our front desk. This building operates an elevator to access all four floors and also offers covered parking. Each unit is guaranteed one covered parking spot in Phase I. We do however have overflow parking available. Please inquire about parking limits for your unit if you will be traveling with more than one vehicle, see Parking section in Terms of Occupancy section for more information. Phase I consists of 2 and 3 bedroom condos as well as our penthouse. Phase II. All other nine buildings are in Phase II of our complex. The units in this phase are set up more like townhouses with 2 bedroom condos on the main floor with a 3 or 4 bedroom condo above. In this phase, guests park directly in front of their condominium. Please inquire about parking limits for your unit if you will driving more than one vehicle, see Parking section in Terms of Occupancy section for more information. All of our condos have fully furnished kitchens. All of your cooking and eating utensils are provided. Each kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, etc. You simply need to make a trip to the grocery store! Each of our units have a fireplace with wood provided as well as all your linens and towels. In addition, each unit comes equipped with a high speed cable modem! We have two laundry facilities on our property and we supply all the soap, quarters are available at the front office. |

| Across from Canyon Lodge at 826 Lakeview Blvd., Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. -- Directions -- Exit Highway 203 from Highway 395. Turn left towards the town of Mammoth Lakes. Highway 203 turns into Main Street. Continue on Main Street through all three-stop lights. The third light is Canyon. Go past the Canyon light approx 0.25 of a mile, turn Right on Lakeview, follow to top of hill and turn Left. This is still Lakeview Blvd. Go to the top of the hill, we are the last condo complex on the right hand side of the road. If you hit the mountain, you have gone too far. |
