The project will be finalized by Spring/Summer 2007. - The Beverly Pavilion Hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation and is delighted to announce major upgrades to the building and its facilities:Lobby and restaurant (Kitchen/Room Service) are under refurbishment. The new restaurant ?Bond Street Beverly Hills? is scheduled to open in September 2007. The work-out room and the rooftop pool/sundeck are under construction and therefore closed. Our façade and balconies are also getting a ?face-lift?. The entire project will be finalized by the end of this year.
