HarbourSide III has fully equipped 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos with balconies looking beautiful Broad Creek and yachts. A 3 million dollar renovation was just completed in January of 2006 for all of interiors and common areas. Each condo features luxury pillow top beds. Wireless internet connections are available on the harbor. HarbourSide III offers a unique golf amenity program with 99 holes of golf with attractive pricing at Port Royal, Shipyard and Oyster Reef Golf Courses.
